As a younger man,many years ago,my main way to get in shape was weight training and in my own view,nothing could compare to the muscle building and fat burning rewards obtained through lifting weights.

As I got older and hopefully wiser,I started a search for more effective and less time consuming ways to achieve the same results, regardless of where I was or what time of the year it was.

Many of the methods and ideas for working out were not practical or even proven. But using myself as the guinea pig or test lab,and by researching every resource available,I was able to see the results first hand while adding my own fine tunning.I've been able to separate what works from what doesn't.

Since I was not blessed with neither a lean nor an athletic body,it was crucial to find the right type of work out routine that would work for the average or below average guy.Everything you need to get it done anytime,anywhere is right here!
